Sun Directed ("Sun Directed," "we," "us," or "our") is a trade name of Green Building Solutions, Inc., based at 2000 Axemann Road, Suite 550, Bellefonte, PA 16823. This policy explains what information we collect through sundirected.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact or quote request form on this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, town, service interest, and any message you enter. This information is sent to and stored in our customer relationship management system so our team can follow up with you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule estimates and service, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our customer relationship management and scheduling tools — solely for the purpose of serving you. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages in two programs:
- Sign-in codes (crew members): if you are a Sun Directed crew member and sign in to our internal job-scheduling app, we send one-time sign-in codes to the mobile number your administrator registered for you.
- Project updates (customers): if you checked the text-message box on your Sun Directed contract, we send updates about your project, such as scheduling, crew arrival, inspections and completion.
For both programs:
- We use your mobile number only to send messages for the program you joined.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging carrier) that deliver the messages for us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices
